Arm Balancing Workshop w/ Erika

Join Erika Bargerstock to learn the foundations of arm balances. Workshop begins with 20-30 minutes of movement to prepare body followed by detailed instruction on how to approach a variety of arm balancing postures including crow, side crow, eight-angle, flying pigeon, grasshopper and peacock. BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME.
