Integrating Yoga and Psychology for Emotional Wellness
Join us for an immersive three-hour workshop that blends the ancient practice of yoga with modern psychological insights to foster emotional awareness and well-being. This workshop is designed to guide participants on a journey toward understanding and managing their mental health by combining mindful movement, breathwork, and psychological tools.
Through yoga sequences, grounding breathwork, and guided meditations, we will explore how the body holds emotional energy and how conscious movement can help release tension and cultivate inner peace. Participants will also learn psychological techniques to identify emotional patterns, develop self-compassion, and enhance emotional regulation.
This workshop is ideal for those looking to deepen their self-awareness, release emotional blockages, and foster emotional resilience in their daily lives.

November Full Moon: Yin Workshop
Join arezoo for this 90-minute yin workshop to uncover the energy of scorpio season and the full beaver moon in taurus. you will spend time in ritual to reflect on your accomplishments, shed light on the parts of your personality you tend to hide and release fears that stand in the way of living your most authentic life. a yin yoga practice and journaling will be incorporated. this workshop is appropiate for all-levels.

Kids Yoga (4th-8th Grade)
maddie wells, a 4th grade teacher at buffalo elementary and certified yoga teacher, will guide children through an age appropiate yoga class to have fun while connecting to their body and breath. space is limited to 15 kids.
$10/child
please bring your own mat (we do have some available in the studio) & water. parents are free to drop kids off or stay in lobby/close by.

the new moon on febRuary 9th invites us to embrace our uniqueness and transform our deepest desires into reality. now is the time to release old patterns of uncertainity, believe in our strength and MAKE DECISIONS. THE YOGA PRACTICE AND SOUND BATH ARE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO RELEASE TENSION IN AREAS OF THE BODY CONNECTED TO OUR INNATE ABILITY TO MANIFEST THE LIFE THAT WE WANT. Meditation, Movement & Matcha
Are you curious about meditation and how it can positively impact your life? Research shows that meditation not only boosts the quality of our emotional, mental and physical wellness, but it also changes the function and structure of our brain.
This 4 part workshop will include the science of meditation, movement and breathing that prepares the body for stillness, a practical meditation practice you can adopt and conversation about our experience over delicious matcha.
