Join Amanda & Kristen for this 75-minute healing practice focused on opening the heart and promoting rest to bring harmony and balance back to the mind and body. We will begin with 25 minutes of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) followed by 50 minutes of uninterrupted sound from Amanda Garforth of Carpe Diem Wellness.
